Lugar to lead American Hotel & Lodging Association

Retail lobbyist expected to expand group's visibility in the media and on Capital Hill Lugar The American Hotel & Lodging Association has tapped retail lobbyist Katherine Lugar as its next president and CEO, effective April 17. She will replace Joe McInerney, who is retiring after leading the $8M-revenue organization since 2001.
