Contract expires in September after 12-year run; spokeswoman says he is not retiring; AH&LA in preliminary interviews for successor Longtime American Hotel & Lodging Association CEO Joe McInerney, 73, will step down in September when his contract expires, an AH&LA spokeswoman told CEO Update. He is not retiring, the spokeswoman said, and is instead "exploring several options."
