More congressional staffers may be up for grabs this year

Many groups seeking to influence Congress and regulators are ‘reading the tea leaves' as they plan GR strategies for 2014 Fitch Election-year gridlock or no, associations are fine-tuning their government relations priorities for 2014 and scooping up fresh talent as needed.
