Lowry to leave ARL in 2012 Lowry Brest McGuirk West Chávez Kiser Vlahos Kundahl Kelley Patillo Charles Lowry will retire as executive director of the $8M-revenue Association of Research Libraries at the end of December 2012, the organization announced Aug. 22.
