Scheppach leaves NGA to take academic postsRaymond Scheppach will step down early next year as executive director of the $9M-revenue National Governors Association to become a professor at the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. He was also named a senior fellow for economic policy at the Miller Center of Public Affairs.
