Mosman to leave teacher retirement group Jim Mosman, executive director of $1M-revenue National Council on Teacher Retirement, announced Nov. 30 that he would retire in 2012. Malone Lopez Mosman has held the position for 10 years. He formerly was CEO of the California State Teachers Retirement System for 12 years. NCTR will begin a search process in January with the expectation that a new executive director will be in place by July 2012.
