Confusing solicitation prompts association to warn members

Greenwich The Ambulatory Surgery Center Association has warned members about an email solicitation from a company it says is not affiliated with the association. "It has come to our attention that an email some ASCs have received recently from a company called ‘ASC-Exchange' is causing some confusion," the association wrote in an email last month.

Baker recieves contract extension at CTIA

Baker CEO Meredith Attwell Baker has agreed to a five-year contract extension with CTIA, the trade group for wireless products and services. In a December news release announcing the extension, Baker cited work on the next generation of wireless, 5G, and said, "I am grateful for the strong vote of confidence in CTIA's future and our talented team."
