NFIB, Chamber praise Trump Supreme Court pick

Business groups have embraced President Donald Trump's nomination of federal Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court. "Judge Gorsuch's willingness to challenge the Chevron Doctrine, under which the courts often defer to regulatory agencies on the interpretation of statutes, is a very positive signal to small businesses," said Juanita Duggan, CEO of the $103 million-revenue National Federation of Independent Business, in a statement.
