Pattison joins governors association

Pattison The $17M-revenue National Governors Association has hired Scott Pattison as executive director, effective Dec. 1. He replaces departing Executive Director Dan Crippen. Pattison currently is executive director of the National Association of State Budget Officers, a position he has held since 2001. He previously was state budget director and head of the Virginia Department of Planning and Budget.
