Perry argues for flat tax, less regulation in teleforum Texas Gov. Rick Perry spoke to an estimated 20,000 members of several business groups in a telephone conference Nov. 8, the latest in an association “Town Hall” teleforum series. The teleforum was held jointly by the National Restaurant Association, National Federation of Independent Business, Associated Builders and Contractors and the National Association of Home Builders.
