Primed to Lead: Leigh Ann Pusey

Operating as the deputy at the American Insurance Association, Leigh Ann Pusey oversees approximately 94 staffers for the $25 million revenue group. One of her most telling management challenges came as the group handled the massive property and casualty insurance claims generated in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
