Retirement plan offerings outpace for-profit sector

Many associations provide benefits that are more generous than those in corporate America. From 401(k) and 403(b) to pension plans, there are dozens of options for associations to customize their retirement offerings, but one thing is clear: a lavish plan is no longer the exception in the nonprofit sector but the norm.
