Salary Update: Thomas Duesterberg-Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI; John Davis-National Kidney Foundation

Chief executives often see their biggest paychecks on the way out the door. Case in point: 2011 earnings for former president and CEO Thomas Duesterberg of Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, came to $992,378. For the previous four years, his take-home pay hovered in the $400,000 range. The bulk of his final payday came from a $799,462 bonus. Duesterberg retired from MAPI two months into the tax period covered. John Davis left the National Kidney Foundation in October 2011.
