Dick Doyle rejoins the club as head of new organization; Greg Scott of Portland Cement and Peter Larkin of Grocers also tapped The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has added three top executives to its invitation-only Association Committee of 100. Dick Doyle, president of the Vinyl Institute, Peter Larkin, president and CEO of the National Grocers Association and Greg Scott, president and CEO of the Portland Cement Association have joined the group.
