Top staff compensation continues climb after recession

More than two dozen senior staffers earned at least $1 million in 2011 after adding bonuses and supplemental income Bonuses and supplemental retirement income helped drive compensation for several association staffers into seven figures in 2011, with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Agnes Warfield in the lead, earning $2,924,910. Warfield, senior vice president of development at the Chamber, was one of 25 senior staffers earning at least $1 million in an analysis of groups tracked by CEO Update.
