Toscas exits Portland Cement Association

Toscas CEO James Toscas has parted ways with the $30M-revenue Portland Cement Association after less than three years on the job. COO Michael Ireland has been named interim CEO. Toscas left PCA in September, according to his LinkedIn profile. The association did not publicly announce his departure. The CEO joined the group in 2014 after its previous top executive Greg Scott left after 14 months. Toscas previously was CEO of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. Before that, he was EVP and CEO of the American Concrete Institute. He has a master's degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Read More
