Independent ATM owners join together

The National ATM Council was created Sept. 1 to represent owners of independent ATMs. NAC is replacing two previous groups, the National Association of ATM ISOs and Operators and the Alliance of Specialized Communications Providers, said Bruce Renard, NAC’s executive director. Previously, Renard was executive director of ASCP. “Because the issues affecting the industry are so significant, we felt it is very important to speak with a unified voice to the public and to policymakers,” he said.
