The Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, Inc., a trade association composed of nine car and light truck manufacturers, has opened a search this month for a new CEO. Current CEO Fred Webber has managed the $35 million association, with 44 staff, since 2004. Webber, 68, retired from the American Chemistry Council in 2002.
