Inside Compensation: CEO salaries at midsize associations (2012)

This report lists the salaries of 483 CEOs at trade and professional groups whose main body has revenue between $4 million and $10 million. The information is gathered from the IRS Form 990, the disclosure document that must be filed by tax-exempt organizations, for fiscal years 2010 or 2011—the latest available. The salary column shows take-home pay (base pay, bonuses and other pay). The deferred column is the amount earned by the CEO but not yet paid. The nontax column includes the value of nontaxable benefits.
