Hot tub associations to merge The International Hot Tub Association and the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals are joining forces to give the hot tub industry a single voice. Under an agreement announced Tuesday, IHTA will become part of APSP, which is dissolving its hot tub council to facilitate the merger. IHTA members will become APSP members and will be entitled to the same benefits as a result.

Realtors secure top-level Web domain ".realtor" The National Association of Realtors is offering its members the chance to land a unique Web address, one that does away with ".com" and ".org" for ".realtor" instead. The association currently is taking applications from any members who want a ".realtor" Web address, according to the San Jose Mercury News. NAR has applied for exclusive use of the top-level domain and is expecting to be awarded that right sometime in 2014.
