Read MoreDespite the struggling economy, registrations to the Association Forum of Chicagolands annual meeting, scheduled for June 23 at the Navy Pier in downtown Chicago, are 12 percent higher than they were in advance of last years meeting, according to Gregory Fine, the Forums spokesman. Fine said that the group hopes the event will host up to 400 attendees this year, although he added that any amount above last years 378 attendees would be counted as a success.
